Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Outerknown gear, but if it's not quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or a store credit with a bonus incentive.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a sustainable alternative of your choice.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
